Academic Consultant
Role:
Work with school leadership to audit academic systems, design improvement plans, and support implementation across grades.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Education, Engineering, Science, or related fields)
2–6 years of experience in teaching, academic consulting, or school operations
Strong analytical and communication skills
Ability to work closely with teachers and coordinators
Curriculum & Content Developer
Role:
Design concept-based learning materials, assessments, and academic frameworks aligned with school curricula.
Qualifications & Skills:
Degree in relevant subject area or Education
Strong subject clarity and curriculum understanding
Experience in content creation or academic design preferred
Ability to translate concepts into structured learning formats
Teacher Trainer / Academic Coach
Role:
Train teachers in concept-based instruction, assessment design, and classroom practices that improve learning outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills:
Teaching experience (3+ years preferred)
Strong classroom and pedagogy knowledge
Experience conducting workshops or training sessions
Excellent facilitation and mentoring skills
